1. Introduction

2. Eligibility

• You must not be an employee, contractor, or affiliate of 19bet or any associated company, where participation in real-money play would create a conflict of interest.

19bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Providing false information is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each user is permitted to hold exactly one (1) 19bet account. Opening duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. To register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify 19bet support immediately.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before withdrawals are processed. Supporting documents may include a national ID, passport, or equivalent government-issued photo identification.
• 19bet may suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it determines that these terms have been violated.

19bet is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security measures. Players are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords and to log out after each session, especially when accessing the platform on shared devices.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

19bet supports a range of payment methods suited to Bangladeshi players. 6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 19bet platform. Any user found engaging in prohibited activities will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all funds may be forfeited, and relevant authorities may be notified where required by law.

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any manner not intended for normal human gameplay.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players or dealers, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that originate from any illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Opening multiple accounts or allowing another person to access and use your account.

In no event shall 19bet, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform. The total liability of 19bet to any individual user arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration before pursuing any court proceedings. Nothing in these terms prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect proprietary information or prevent irreparable harm.
